  1. Interesting! I’ve ever only included burrata in hot dishes, so they “melt” into their goodness. But this looks fabulous with the tomato salad!

    1. It really is fabulous 😊. The very first time I had burrata it was served like this in a tiny restaurant in Italy that made their own burrata. I’ve been recreating it ever since.

      I did try it in a hot dish once but didn’t like that it melted – I felt it just wasn’t the same sensory experience…
